Now I'm no Gunslinger, but I do have a Dark Tower of my own and I'm going to do all I can to try and find it. So, without getting all mushy etc., I'm letting you know that OutOfTen is finishing.

Why? Well, there are other things in my life that have taken precedence. If I kept it going it'd be purely for egotistical reasons only, and if I've learned one thing (and one thing is probably all I've learned) it's that if you do anything simply for the accolades and not the joy of the thing itself then you're a bit of a tool.

But I want you all to know that I truly appreciated it every time you dropped by here to read my 1 or 2 sentence reviews. I DID have fun, don't doubt that for a second.

However, don't forget http://hippyrockergeekboy.posterous.com/! That little creation of mine won't be going anywhere - I've got a certain little lemur who makes sure of that.

There's some good ideas here that fail to go anywhere, and you feel as though it should have been much funnier than it is, but whatever tonal confusion is seems to have is made up for by an animated performance by Ellen Page. (6.0)

Well, Correia keeps putting the pressure on because this is just as great as his first two books. This is now in the top ten of my favourite series of all time. (8.5)

Bateman and Reynolds try hard, and a number of witty lines spring up in the first 20 minutes, but...yeah...I should know better. (3.0)

Although it doesn't delve into the various psychological problems some of these people may have and chooses to focus on their deeds alone, it remains an interesting and well made documentary. (6.0)

It's ambitious, touching, thrilling, and has an amazing performance by Serkis. One of the best movies I've seen all year. (8.5)

After a promising first half (due mainly to Kunis - Timberlake's limitations as an actor have never been more obvious - and a lively script), the tone quickly shifts and you feel as though you're watching a different movie. (5.5)

Cynical, grotesque, even sad at times, but a hell of a fun read. (7.5)

If you've got ninety minutes to spare because you're bedridden with the flu, have no more books or magazines to read, your gaming console is broken, and all tv has to offer is an endless parade of soap operas and cooking shows, then maybe, just maybe, you might consider watching this. (2.5)
